Kahlda Oil Comapny awarded DG Impianti Industriali S.p.A. and PETROJET with the design and manufacturing of 3 heater treaters for the Kalabsha Projet (Eypt). The “Heater-Treater” is used to remove the water from oil that comes from the production separator package unit, in order to improve its quality and sent it to the Desalter package unit. The “Heater-Treater” typically combines the following components inside: a heater, free-water knockout and oil separator.
Each single unit as scope of DG work is composed by the following items:
- Heater Treater
- Combustion Air Blowers
- Oil Feed Pumps
- Fuel Gas K.O. Drum
- Burners Assemly
- Firing Skid
