Career Day at the University of Chieti-Pescara
Last week, recruiting looked a little different for us.
We joined the Career Day 2026 at Università degli Studi “Gabriele d’Annunzio” Chieti-Pescara 🎓, and instead of the usual booth-and-brochure setup, we brought a board game.
Three levels. Three real challenges from our world:
🔹 Sentris: pipeline inspection technology
🔹 BEAST Project: biogas upgrading and biomethane production
🔹 Hydro-PV: silver recovery from end-of-life photovoltaic panels
Students started with general knowledge and worked their way up to reconstructing an actual industrial plant 🏭
The best icebreaker is one where people don’t realize they’re being evaluated. How someone tackles a problem, pivots when stuck, or thinks out loud says more than any CV. We met a lot of brilliant people—some of them might be reading this right now.
