The Project scope is managing the FLARE GAS, improving at the same time site emissions (in term of GHG) and the relations with local stakeholders (in term of flare visibility magnitude). To achieve this scope, a modification of the flare unit was engineered. The following facilities will be added to work alongside the Existing Flares (EF):
- an Enclosed Ground Flare (EGF)
- a Flare Gas Recovery System (FGRS)
- interconnecting piping and to all other required utilities: Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Power and fuel gas
- implementation of ICSS system
